Ads campaign mobile app
The app is designed for ad campaign managers as well as clients to monitor and manage the performance of ad campaigns in real-time from iOS or Android devices. Enable access to all of the key performance metrics that users on the desktop version in a convenient mobile-friendly format.
My responsibility on the project was concept development and user experience design. Working with the product manager, stakeholders, UI designers, and other UX team members. Responsible for conducting user research, information architecture, wireframing and concept documentation.

Desktop to mobile
The company already had a desktop ads management app, which dictated the available set of features for the mobile app.
Gathering insight about the needed features
Not all the features are needed in the mobile version therefore we had to narrow down the selection with user interviews to understand which are needed on the go.
Information architecture
Having narrowed down the features we could start organizing the information and envisioning the app structure.
Screen wireframes
Outline of app structure helped me to start working on the wireframes to further define the information and feature organization.
